The Cruise Industry Institute was founded to develop and market continuing education studies specifically for cruise line personnel. CII’s success has remained with its abilities to function in a dual role of both planning, coordinating and operating training programs and engaging in CD assembly for cruise lines, which provide the platform for delivery of customized seminars.
